By downloading, installing, or using the Brioche application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Brioche is a recipe management application that allows you to:
- Import recipes from URLs and images
- Organize and store your recipes
- Create meal plans and grocery lists
- Sync recipes across devices
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
4. User Content
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of recipes and content you create or import into the App. By using cloud sync features, you grant us a license to store and transmit your content.
4.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the App to store or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Free Tier
The App offers a free tier with limited features and usage credits.
5.2 Premium Subscriptions
Premium features are available through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled through Apple's App Store policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Brioche and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
