Common Issues
Recipe Import Problems
If a recipe isn't importing correctly:
- Verify the URL points directly to the recipe (not a search or category page)
- Try the "Import from Image" feature as an alternative
- Check if the website requires a login or subscription
- Send us the URL and we'll investigate
Sync Issues
If your recipes aren't syncing:
- Ensure you're signed in (Settings > Account)
- Check that Cloud Sync is enabled
- Verify your internet connection
- Try pulling down to refresh on the recipe list
- Sign out and sign back in
Subscription Questions
For billing and subscription issues:
- Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
